Privacy
Short version: this website sets no cookies and runs no tracking or ads.
Server logs
When you open a page, our web server stores the usual technical data: IP address, time, the page you requested, browser and operating system. We use it only to keep the site running and to stop abuse. Logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
Cookies and tracking
No cookies, no analytics, no third-party trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
External links
Links to Discord, YouTube, TikTok and our store lead to other services with their own privacy policies. Nothing is loaded from them until you click.
Shop orders
When you buy something we store your Minecraft name, your email, the product, the payment method and the time. For Paysafecard we only keep the last four digits of the PIN; the full PIN is passed to our team once so it can be checked. We need this data to check the payment, deliver your items and answer questions. Your email is only used for messages about your order.
The client
The LunarSMP Client signs you in with your Microsoft account through Microsoft directly. We never see your password. The server stores your Minecraft name and UUID for gameplay features like friends, cosmetics and stats.
Your rights
You can ask what we store about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to a data protection authority. Contact us through a ticket on our Discord.
