Legal
Terms
The short rules for buying in the LunarSMP shop.
What you buy
You buy digital items for LunarSMP: ranks for a fixed time, crate keys and cosmetics. They only exist on LunarSMP and have no cash value. Ranks run for the time shown and do not renew automatically.
Payment and delivery
We accept Paysafecard and PayPal. Every payment is checked by hand, which usually takes a few minutes and at most about 20. After that, items are delivered to the Minecraft account you entered. If you're offline, you get them the next time you join.
Right of withdrawal
For digital content, your right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started with your express consent, which you give at checkout. If something went wrong with your order, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Rules on the server
Purchases don't put you above the server rules. If you're banned for breaking them, purchased items are not refunded.
Age
If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you buy.
Not affiliated with Mojang
LunarSMP is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
